But the problem is they are heavy and since they are sliding bypass doors they are a pain to use.
The teeth in the slot hold the pin in place and keep it from sliding.
And since i re used the doors i only needed to buy the barn door hardware which is much less expensive than buying brand new doors.
These sliding doors are so easy to install and use and saves space.

Our house was built in 1977 and has all floor to ceiling sliding closet doors.
They should be hanging from the track by wheels at the tops of the doors.
You may have to wiggle them a bit but once they come off remove the wheels from the doors and remove the track from the closet opening.

Half the issue is that they are really low quality sliding doors so they don t slide.
Lift your door and put the upper pivot pin into the bracket in the upper track and then slide the guide pin into the track as well.
You should be able to lift the door slightly and put the lower pin into the bottom bracket slot on the floor.
That way i get full access to the closet space without taking up any extra space in the room.
