Coral Barrier Matting

An effective barrier matting system when correctly specified will help to minimise the risk of slip accidents caused by wet flooring reduce maintenance costs and improve the appearance of internal floorcoverings by significantly reducing the amount of dirt and moisture tracked into a building.

Installing an adequate area of fortress entrance matting will allow the scraper fibre to capture soil moisture and dry debris walking in from outside protecting the rest of the flooring within your building. Coral tread is made of a high quality aluminium frame with long life polyamide carpet strips to trap dirt and moisture at the door. Depending on your design you can choose between a printed mat or a mat with a cut inset logo. The mat is designed to be a barrier against dirt and water coming off of the footwear of people walking in through the entrance. The coral tread mat can be custom made to client specifications. This superb commercial grade entrance matting is 9 00mm thick and is available here in either a 1 05m 1 55m or 2 05m width which includes a 2 50cm edge on each side superb matting.

Fortress is a 100 solution dyed nylon entrance matting incorporating a scraper fibre. Coral logo is designed to the same standards as our regular coral entrance flooring which means it will retain its looks whilst keeping out dirt and moisture for years to come. Research has shown that coral duo retains 10 more dirt in the first few metres than any other textile entrance flooring solution on the market. Coral duo is the best choice for smaller entrance areas.

External primary matting removes excess dirt prior to entering a building using a scraper wiper and increases the effectiveness of internal primary and secondary matting.
